Please note, shipping prices include handling costs and are calculated at checkout based on weight and market rates using UPS, USPS or a comparable equivalent.

While we ship in 2 business days, shipping times are estimates only. Once your order is with the carrier, I cannot provide anything beyond the information visible within the tracking number provided. Any items that arrive damaged must be reported to the carrier immediately as well as delivery disputes, where an item states delivered when it has not been. While I can assist, it is up to you to report the issue
